The provider was great, but annoyingly running about 20 minutes behind schedule. Don’t ask me to be to an appointment 10 minutes early then be 20 minutes late.
It had been years since I had an eye exam. Dr. Pfister explained the exam process before we started and answered my questions as we went. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. I left feeling confident about my prescription and overall eye health. Highly recommended.
Staff was friendly and Dr. was very nice and explained things very well.
