*Update 10/13/25* **As of this month October 2025, my brother has been released from the Arizona State Hospital after 3 and half years of being detained there. With the help of Joshua Mozell, my brother was able to be released and now he is working with us to change his psychiatrist and care team with people who will actually care and help us. Every single advice given by Mr. Mozell was detrimental to my case. He never fought for me. He never put me on the stand to defend myself regarding baseless accusations which stick to the case until the very end. He presented me in a bad light when he got called by expert doctor I hired to support my case. Very, very, disappointed by this attorney. He will not fight for you.
My family and I can’t thank Josh and his entire firm enough for always going above and beyond for my SMI family member. I have recommended him to all family and friends in AZ if they are needing his legal services. We as a family couldn’t have imagined navigating the many hurdles and pushbacks of the mental healthcare system without Josh fighting for the protection and overall safety of my family member.
