The worst wait times I've ever experienced at a Dr's office. My wife had a 3:30 pm appointment. It is now 5:00pm, still has not seen Dr. Carlson. This is ridiculous. You need to practice managing your time. This is rude and uncalled for.

Dr Carlson is the best doctor I've ever been to. He genuinely cares about patients. He got me into an MRI quickly. I had the MRI and an hour later he was calling me with results and talking me through what was going on and how best to treat my problems. He set up a consult with a neurosurgeon for the next day. He even called a day or two after the consult to make sure that I followed through on it because it was an urgent matter. I was seeing retina specialist in Las Vegas for 5 years. My last visit in July 2021 dr told me I needed surgery & that his associate would be the surgeon.I was not pleased that my dr would not be the surgeon. I decided to find a closer retina specialist & found Dr Carlson. First appt in Sept 2021. Dr Carlson spent a lot of time explaining my condition how surgery is done. Dr Carlson comes to Mesquite where I live & surgery is done in St George which is a lot closer than Las Vegas. Great staff too. Teresa R
