You cannot ask for a better agent than Josh. As first time buyers, he helped us not just find a house to move into, but the best house for us. He listened to our wants and needs, and found us a house that encapsulated both. Josh was patient, and made sure we always felt like a priority as he helped guide us on our journey as 1st time home buyers. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to find their next home. I would definitely use him again if we were ever to buy a second home.

Josh was our realtor for the sale of our house as well as the purchase of a new one. Selling and buying at the same time is so stressful to say the least. Josh knew we were pressed for time on the closing for the new house and kept reassuring us not to worry. When you have a lot on the line its hard to not stress but Josh really put the effort forward and sold our house in 3 weeks with $9K over asking!!! He has a great team to back him as well in order to meet your goals. Thank you Josh for all your hard work!
