I've been dealing with significant shoulder pain and a reduced range of motion for nearly a month. I finally scheduled an appointment with Josh today and by the end of the appointment my range of motion was dramatically improved and I was in less pain. His knowledge and understanding of the human body is very impressive and he offers explanations throughout the session for why he is working on a specific area and how it is connected to the problem area. I highly recommend!
Finally!! My favorite Massage Therapist retired a year ago and I have been on the hunt for her replacement. I recently discovered Josh and I'm so glad I did.
