Uncaring, didn't really explain anything, lots of antibiotics given and not helping anything. Scheduled me for a simple turbinate surgery, every week had his rude short nurse Trudy call and cancel for some lame excuse. Three times canceled and the ladt one she didn't reschedule and I darn sure didn't ask for one. Already knew he wasn't going to help me and for what reason he just couldn't/wouldn't say it or explain why. I sure wouldn't have minded. Waste of time with him and two of his rude nurses. I can say I had a great experience with staff and Dr. Levinger went there to get a second opinion which I am thankful that I did he gave me more information and mentioned therapy which I will do. Thanks
Recently took my baby in and the dr. Was very informative and on it updating me with results. He answered all my concerns right away. Front desk ladies were very helpful as well.
Went in to have tubes put in my ears and the doctor told me to get some kind of implant. So I did and I still can’t hear anything and I got bacteria in my blood and it settled in my knees and had to have 3 surgeries and was unable to walk for 6 weeks. The doctor said I got it from the ear surgery. If I had of known I would’ve never had the surgery done. I wish Dr Cepero had never retired My review for this Dr is not good.
