Extremely disappointed with my interactions with Dr. Levin. He rushed through my evaluation, was very dismissive of a life changing injury in both my Neck and potentially L5 lumbar spine. He left the room to evaluate the documentation that I provided from my previous physicians, and returned claiming that submitted an order for and MRI for my lower back.
