Integrity On more than one occassion I have been mislead. The required me to purchase a 6 month supply of my daughter's contacts from them. 1 800 contacts was 1/2 the cost. At least. Then I called to price check, and the lady tells me, "oh we don't do that." Well, they did.

ALways A-One Service I have been going to this business for at least eight years (since I moved into Washingtomn State) and have never had one problem. The staff is very courteous and knowledgable. They also always know me when I come in (I vist them once a year) and greet me warmly. Dr. Miller is professional and has always provided my challenging eyes (astigmatism and extreme farsightedness) with comfortable and quality vision-performance contact lenses, glasses and sunglasses. Not Recommended Don't waste your time and money here. This place is a complete ripoff. I've never had to pay so much for a pair of glasses before. Not only that, they are infamous for billing errors, poor service, slow orders, and incorrect charges.

Be Cautious From my experience, the service was poor and unreliable. Orders were always delayed. Make sure to ask for the prices first before agreeing to purchase or order anything here. There are lots of hidden charges, unnecessary appointments, and misleading insurance estimates as well.

Billing Nightmare I had an appointment in August of 2008 at this office and all seemed to go well. Both the front desk and my insurance company told me my visit was covered and I even have documentation from my insurance company saying they covered my visit. Over a year later I received a notice from a collections agency, stating that I not only owed a certain amount, but that I owed an amount not even close to what my visit had cost.
