I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect.
