Josh is by far one of the best realtors I have ever dealt. Josh is a positive, professional, and great person. He has been so patient with my wife and I while looking for the ideal house and land. Josh is very knowledgeable about the area and stays in tune with what is happening with the market. The sellers caused a lot of problems during and after our sale and Josh was right there to help or find us help. Not many people, let alone realtors, would go above and beyond like Josh does.

I have been thinking of listing my home here in the Middle Tennessee area and I could not be happier with the experience I have had so far with working with Josh. He is professional, prompt, and has a VERY good knowledge of the local market. He has provided me with listing strategies that no other agents that I have talked to even thought of.
