I don’t really think they’re relying on their Google reviews for customers, but I’ll get mine in here anyways. They’re fantastic. Dr. Jo might be the best dentist I’ve had anywhere in the world. And for their scheduling - I’ve never had any issues, scheduling and even rescheduling is super easy, plus they’re always happy to accommodate booking my wife and I back to back. I mean, it’s still the dentist, nobody WANTS to go, but if you’re going to, this is the one!
So you'll charge me for cancelling however I get a phone call 7 MINUTES before my appt that I drove over an hour one way for and the only thing I get is an apology and offer to rebook 6-7 hrs later that day or MAYBE 3.5 hrs squeezed in. Yeah, cool, thanks for that. I've paid for tolls, petrol, my time however will certainly be looking for a different dentist now considering my appt was first up on the day for a routine cleaning and you couldn't make it work.
