If I could give negative stars I would. I had a 2 hour appointment. Supposedly 1 hour for an exam and then 1 hour for a cleaning. I was 9 minutes late and they refused to see me, saying they wouldn't have time. I've never had a 1 hour cleaning or a 1 hour dental exam, so I don't understand how 10 minutes would lead to them cancelling my appointment after I drove there.
