Nice guy but not effective at managing children who have special needs.
He's the most empathetic doctor I've ever taken my kids to. He is very knowledgeable and well-read, and has taken time to explain things to me. As an young mom this has been important to me, as it's helped me understand what's going on with my kids.

Dr. Kindt is an excellent pediatrician. How well visits are very thorough and he does a great job of explaining things to expect for that age. My son had some health issues that needed specialists and he tracked it and helped us make sure we were getting the care we needed. He also followed up with a call home when appropriate. When we had questions, we could call and he would respond quickly. We moved away and we have not been able to find a Dr. in our state that we like nearly as much.
Dr. Kindt is great with my son. After seeing several pediatricians in Des Moines and surrounding areas, we are thrilled with Dr. Kindt. He is personable yet professional. He listens and is detail oriented. Totally recommend him.
