Dr Hunt has been caring for me and my feet for some time now. I had/have a pesky infection that kept popping back up. Every time it did and I needed an urgent appointment, he was able to accommodate me. His triage nurse Beck is a true delight to work with, she always manages to get me the help I need. Same for the rest of the staff at Spokane Foot Clinic. Shout out to Karen and Jadzia at the front desk. They are the best.
1st appointment was no issue. Had to cancel 2nd appointment due to illness. Made a 3rd appointment and was told 2 PM. Arrived at 1:45 PM, was told my appointment was not until 2:45. I told that was not I was told. Tried to reschedule within certain time frames and clerk/secretary/whoever kept rattling off times within the unacceptable frame. I left and filed a complaint with the VA. And now the outfit will no longer see me? Because I complained? Guess they can't criticism.
As noted on my first review Dr Hunt it's an excellent surgeon. He also cares for his patients he wants them to succeed on their own. I was fearful of the pain. He didn't read order the pain medication and what that taught me was that I need to stand on my own two feet and no that the surgeon following me Knows Best. Since then I've been able to take a bath and a shower and I'm more active. Non weight bearing I promise LOL. And just the genuine caring of Dr Hunt goes a long way.
