I have been a patient at JD Howard Dental for several years and have always been treated with professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. The entire staff from the receptionist, hygienist, dental assistant, check out staff and of course Dr. Josh and Dr. Chris are truly amazingly kind, and friendly. I had not been to a dentist in years, but needed one ASAP last month. JD Howard made me comfortable and took care of my "bad" tooth immediately. I will be going back for regular visits with a dental team that is professional and friendly.
Always polite when I call to ask a question, Dr. Howard and Dee were excellent.... A great office group Jessica and Rebecca are always pleasant on the phone.
I had a dental emergency over Memorial Day weekend and Dr. Howard was repsonsive to my needs in getting me pain relief for the short term and then saw me the first day after the Holiday to diagnose. Very professional and compassionate experience.
My 11 year old daughter had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Josh and it was so stress free. He was wonderful. I especially liked that he talked to her directly, asking her the questions he needed to ask and really listening to her.Which made her feel in charge of her care. He did look to me for confirmation as the parent but I really appreciated him making her feel more than just a patient
What a great first experience! Everyone is so friendly and helpful!! I love that!! Good, friendly help is hard to find these days!! Nicole was great, very friendly and easy to talk to. I am one of the few who actually like going to the dentist, so I'm looking forward to my next visit! I think we found our new family dentist!!
I can't say enough good about the entire staff at your office! I have never wanted to go to the Dentist in my 49 years! I was a petrified of dentists, aweful child hood experience coupled with aweful adult experiences I basicly waited until I have needed a dentist to see one. I plan on maintaining my teeth thanks to the kindness and compassion everyone has there. Nicole is so amazing and made me feel I was justified in my fears.
