Being new to Dover and a Dentophobic I found the office to be friendly, professional and state of the art. The staff was reassuring and patient.
A teeth cleaning at JD Howard is never a hassle. Kristi is very pleasant and does an excellent job! The entire staff is very friendly.

My experience at my dental appointment was great. The office staff is always friendly and efficient. The dental assistant and the dentist were informative, efficient, and thorough. That is how going to the dentist should be. I have friends that said "well, no one likes going to the dentist". I replied that my visit was quite pleasant and I didn't mind at all. Thank you all for making it so quick and easy.
My extraction was so quick and pain free I did not realize the tooth was already out. Never even needed an aspirin!
They are the best, both in professionalism and knowledge of the job they perform. However, they are also fun to be with. As long as you have to have your teeth cleaned, you might as well have an enjoyable experience. Right?
The entire staff appears happy, enthusiastic, and are helpful. There is always an effort to provide cost effective choices. There are no pushy sales. Dr. Chris is talkative and approachable.
I hadn't been to the dentist for a while after a very unpleasant experience with my last dental work. My brother suggested JD Howard Dental and everything was fantastic. Everyone was incredibly supportive and I was put completely at ease. I actually look forward to getting more work done!
