From the moment you walk in and see all the smiling faces of the front desk, to the most comfortable dental chair I have ever sat in, the professionalism of the hygienist and Dr. Josh, and last but not least, the ease of checkout with a professional treatment coordinator who helped me understand my benefits, who can ask for more. Historically (or hysterically), my fear of dentists kept me from taking care of my teeth. Seriously fearful, anxious, depressed, did I mention fearful? So many bad childhood memories... Not anymore! The staff at JD Howard treat me as a friend. They are always friendly, helpful and kind. I feel welcome there. I feel comfortable there -- no fear now. And no shame. First time to the dentist in far too long, and the staff was so nice and made me feel at ease. They are very, very thorough and explain (and show) everything in detail. The treatment plans are well organized and laid out in a plain manner. A great experience overall.
