Everyone is extremely friendly and all smiles as you walk through the door ! I have an anxiety issue when it comes to certain things at the dentist.When I went in for a scaling I explained all my fears to Christie who was pleasant and very understanding.She was patient throughout the procedure making me very calm and comfortable.
You all do such great work and I appreciate everything you do!
Another wonderful experience with my dental hygienist, Kate. She is personable, gentle and always makes sure I'm physically comfortable, as I have a severe spinal disorder. Kate always makes sure that I understand any and all treatments and makes excellent recommendations for the protection of my teeth.
I have been a patient for a number of years. I came from a "big" practice in Dover because Dr. Josh was so great the first time I saw him, I would never go anywhere else. They take their time, they ask how I am when they are working on things, they manage the situation. It puts me at ease and that is an accomplishment!
The professionalism and detail to patient care made my emergency dental visit less stressful. Dr. Marc and Jessica were wonderful with explaining the procedure every step of the way. I would highly recommend JD Howard Dental for anyone looking for exemplary service.
Absolutely every person I have met at JD Howard Dental is extremely nice, easy to talk to and comfortable to be around. Both the dentist and the hygienist I see regularly are not only the nicest people, but also exceedingly knowledgeable. I am a travel nurse who found myself in need of dental work. I was happy that I was able to see someone the morning that I called the office after googling dentist in the area. Dr. Ben and Desiree took excellent care of me. Because I needed a wisdom tooth extracted, they referred me to an oral surgeon who also took excellent care of me. Thanks again Dr. Ben and Desiree!!
