When I walked in for my last appointment I literally had to wait until one of the girls got off her phone it's not until the other girl said we will be right with you for her to get off her phone. The Doctor never remembers my name and asked me why I was I there when he set up the follow up appointment then goes to say pick two issues that's all the time I have for. I was like wow is it because he is leaving the practice in two weeks or what smh. But I am not impressed at all by the internal medicine department
Dr. Haywood listens & takes his time. I never feel rushed. A very caring doctor.
I moved to the Austin area 2 years ago and Dr. Haywood has been my doctor since. I’m so sad to hear that he is leaving—he’s been one of the best doctors I’ve had. Always kind, attentive, never rushed through appointments and always explained things clearly. I always felt heard and cared for. Wishing him all the best! I’m so bummed.
