Dr Brochbank is great. His staff is good also. However the billing office is terrible. I do mean the absolute worse. They should fire their billing manager. We were patients there since they opened. We spent close to 200,000 in medical bills over the years out of pocket and with insurance. Then about 6 years ago they got a new manager over billing. A doctor who is smart caring and concerned with what's best for you. He is the best doctor I have ever been to.
Dr. Hafen has been my doc for 6 years now. He's great. I recommend him to my friends and family.
Dr. Brockbank is a wonderful doctor, he takes his time with you and you never leave without feeling like you know what's going on. The office staff is horrible, incorrect bilking is a constant battle. If I didn't love him so much, I'd transfer practices immediately.
The staff is amazing to work with both the nurses and receptionist. Dr Hafen was really helpful in diagnosing me and also instead of going straight to medication gave me some other things to try before we would consider medication. Really enjoyed Dr.Hafen and his staff! 5 stars all around
Very personable. His follow-up is the best. When I need a specialist he is wise enough to refer me. One of the best Primary Care Physicians I have had.
Dr. MacArthur is very friendly and fairly punctual (for a doctor). For general family medicine, he has been very helpful.
I have only had one appointment with Dr. Nordstrom. My overall experience was very good! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Nordstrom seemed genuinely concerned about my health. I had no problems getting the referrals and medication I needed. I also like how convenient his office location is. Parking was great!
Dr McManus is what I look for in a doctor. I think he listens and cares about your health. He is very thorough. But his staff is set on you paying for the more expensive prescription vs a generic version that is available. If you don't mind paying more, than this is for you.
