Very professional and does a good job of explaining and reassuring the procedure.
Doctor Hagen was very thorough and throughout the surgical procedure constantly checked to make sure I was doing fine and kept me apprised of what he was doing during each step of the operation. Patients should feel very well cared for whenever they are under his care. Also his nurse and medical assistant were extremely meticulous and informative during each of their tasks from the time I was moved into the operatory until I walked out of the room. Thank you all for your kind attention to my surgery.

Very pleasant experience. Dr Hagan was very friendly and informative. He explained what he was going to do and also as he performed the procedure. I was thete for Mohs surgery on my nose but I also told him that I had another area that was a concern from my dermatologist in Florida. He reviewed notes from the other office and did Mohs surgery on that area. This was my 2nd time I had Dr. Hagan perform Mohs surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr Hagan.
I have been to Dr. Hagan a number of times. He and his staff are very efficient and explain the care for after the Mohs surgery. Would highly recommend.
