I met Dr. Ezell at his former shared practice (QIM), as my former long-term PCP retired. While I missed my former PCP, I immediately saw the difference in the holistic approach Dr. Ezell took with me - wanting to learn my family health history to help protect my health long-term. I recently transferred my primary care to this office. Everyone I have spoken to have been exceptionally professional and very good at communicating. Any time I had to leave a message, my calls were returned very promptly. Based on their awareness of proper customer/patient service, I HIGHLY recommend this practice for primary healthcare.
