I had an exceptional experience with Josh and Christy. They made landing our first house in Utah a breeze. Everything from top-tier negotiation to providing boxes and tools for the move. As once a realtor in NJ, my main thing I was looking for was local expertise and friendly service and the Elmfield team gave us that and more.
Josh and Christy are amazing. They both have incredible eyes for detail, and were willing to help us find the right fit. Once we found a property, they both went to work, making sure all of our concerns were addressed, and everything was done to specifications. Would recommend them to everyone!
Josh and Christy are an amazing team. We had moved over a year prior to another state, and finally sold the house after renting for a long while. The Emfield team helped us get the house ready, did all the prep and legwork for the open house and beyond. Being on the other side of the country didn't hurt at all. I was able to see how Josh with the Emfield Team effectively builds relationships with strong rapport, and more importantly, a military intelligence interrogator background, I have personally witnessed Josh’s ability to read others and understand the best negotiation techniques to use for a given situation. He clearly masters those techniques to create the best possible advantage for his clients. I have recommend Josh to many people both as a professional and as a best in class person.
Bought my first house with Josh and he was super helpful and patient with me not knowing anything. I was living in USA for only two year and didn't spoke the language and he was able to help me go through everything super smoothly. Now I move to Nevada and wanted him to be my Real state here too.
