He went out of his way to ensure we were knowledgeable on all aspects of our loan, appraisal, and offer process. Josh is a standup real estate agent. If you're looking for an agent that has the experience, expertise, and most importantly negotiation skills-Josh is it. It was a great experience working with hm. He was great every step of the process. He took the time to answer questions and walk me through the whole process to closing. Together, we were able to come out on top with a great deal. Josh also has a passion for helping and working with vets, and that really showed.
