Dr Durham and his staff are amazing! Always polite professional and helpful.
I am trying to lose some weight and Dr. Durham recommended the Keto Diet. But I became very uncomfortable because so many of the concepts went against a lot what I had seen over the years. Worse, our visit became like I was being pressured to "convert" to some dietary "religion." I felt like I was being asked to join a cult, not find a diet that would help me lose weight and become healthier. He could improve that "bedside manner"
Dr. Durham is hands down the best Dr I have ever had and his team is absolutely amazing! Special thanks to Coleen who always takes my calls when she can and goes above and beyond to help me out whenever I have an issue whether it's faxing paperwork or getting me copies of my medical file. I have always been able to make an appointment for the day I needed and when I come in there is vary little wait time and usually in and out. Thank you Dr Druham and your wonderful team!
Was pretty sick for 2 weeks without improvement. Started to cough uncontrollably and become very short of breath. Went in without appt to see if Dr. Durham had an opening. He worked me right in, prescribed meds to help and scheduled a follow-up appt, despite his busy day and me without an original appt. He always has a great bedside manner, is truly interested in me as a person (not just a patient) and sincerely wants to help me improve my overall health every time I see him. I like Dr. Durham. He is always looking out for what is best for me.
Here's hoping Dr. Durham's enthusiasm will persist as he navigates his career through a medical industry that is propagandistic and deceptive. He is the first PCP with whom I have felt comfortable enough to be wholly candid. His displays of emotion make him a real human being. Knowledge: B+ as he is growing fast; Treatment: A is for appropriate as he asks appropriate questions during diagnosis; Treatments: A+ for open-mindedness in a collaborative manner with me.
Dr. Durham is helping to get off of all medications. He is caring and professional.
I have seen Dr. Durham as my primary care provider for about six years now. I only have good things to say about all of my experiences in his office. The staff is always helpful and understanding, his manner is jovial and he is very adept at personalizing your service. I really appreciate his straight-forwardness and humor. I would hope that if you are looking for a primary care doctor who really cares about you and your health, that you give Dr. Durham a chance.
