Doesn’t listen, slow to return calls/emails. Trying to send me back to PT after already attempting that for 8 weeks and having it fail. I’m working on finding a new doctor for my shoulder who will actually listen to my concerns and pay attention to what has been attempted already.
As a medical professional myself, I can confidently say Dr. Nelson and staff are top notch. They are friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Dr. Nelson does an excellent job describing injuries and treatment options. He operated on our son two years ago and the before, during, and after procedure visits where all fantastic. We are back again, with more injuries, and feel comfortable and confident in his care.
Dr. Nelson is the very best. We would never go to anyone but him! A true blessing in every way.
