I'm sad to have to write this. I really liked the services in the beginning. But transportation was the worst. They kept coming when I and my SW and from what I understand agents of this company tried to iron out. Every week it seemed to be something. Someone is out. I guess short staffed? I started not feeling great about my SW due to "labels" I felt were less than flattering because of how I've had to care for myself even after major surgeries. I've had many counselors, in several agencies, over the years for a number of reasons, but not only are these guys/gals here at Joshua D. Smith and Associates very knowledgeable, everyone I met that works here is caring and friendly. You can tell that they truly care about you as a person regardless of your situation. I will always recommend here for anyone looking for lasting progress.
