I hired Gruenberg because he assured me that we had a good discrimination case and that he had been successful against my employer in the past. Because I hired Gruenberg and filed a law suit, I was retaliated against at work and eventually fired from my job. Over 1 year later Gruenberg insists that I accept a VERY low settlement offer. As a former client- I am nothing but dissatisfied with his overall conduct. Mr. Gruenberg will promise anything to hook you as a client and will never deliver. I wish I had hired someone else several years ago. Josh Gutenberg is rude and condescending and will not be bothered to take the time to answer questions or give explanations that are needed. He does not have a good reputation in the San Diego area and his skills and lack of talent is mocked by opposing council. He charges a hefty amount and then bills even more on to... read more
