I was pretty frustrated with this appointment. I made an appointment with Dr Bigham and I got switched to a PA instead. I didn’t make an appointment with the PA I made an appointment with Dr Bigham. There was nothing wrong with the PA but had I known in advance I would have rescheduled. We came up with an action plan but I kept wondering if it would have been different had I seen Dr Bigham? I have had my neck problem for over a year and I’m frustrated and tired of the neck pain, headaches, dizziness, etc.
Dr Bigham is very professional, honest, and concerned. He has a great bedside manner. I recommend him highly.
Dr Bigham is one of the most compassionate persons I know. He is very knowledgeable and understanding of my condition and he is the consummate professional. He listens to me and values my opinion. I highly recommend him and Carolina Orthopedic.
Kind, very thorough with the exam. I am thankful for his help with my Mom.
