1. Calling your office is very difficult, one out of two calls to get someone from the first call; and whenever you leave a message they call you back. 2. Never calling the nurses phone line and got a life person, mostly they call back after long hours. However whenever they call back, all of them are friendly and professional in their approach.
Dr.Klein was very kind and patient with my sister who has special needs…he put her at ease and made her feel comfortable.. he was also very thorough with her check-up..I would highly recommend him!
Excellent doctor, very knowledgeable. He takes the time to understand any issues and doesn’t rush you.
