Total disappointment. Non responsive to pharmacy refill requests (over three weeks) and now an urgent document request. We cannot leave this practice fast enough.

Dr Feinberg is top shelf but trying to contact him for advice is impossible, I called eight days ago and left message as no one answers the phone at the office they just give ten options not one that I needed. I called again today and get the same garbage from the phone system so it looks like I will have to make a change sorry Josh it was a difficult decision to make but your Family Physicians group has failed us both.
Excellent doctor. He took over my mothers care (who has dementia) & he’s been amazing at communicating with us. Wished we would have known about him sooner!
Been with the same doctor for over 20+years, but needed a change, so I went to Dr. Feinberg. It's the best decision I've made in years!!! He is super kind, super attentive, and takes his time listening and then asking great questions...He is an excellent Dr! I've seen him 3 times so far, and my health is for the first time in years, moving in a more positive direction, due to his expertise. Dr. Feinberg is excellent! I appreciate the fact that he answers my questions and treats me with respect (rather than telling me to stop being that patient who reads too much internet health advice)!
