Per my written appointment confirmation it was told to report at 11:45am and appointment is at 12:00 noon.while all other chambers were open with waiting room..his doors were closed with a notice stating " no public restroom". I used to see Dr. Au as my general ENT. My ears get clogged up from time to time and I need professional help. I've probably been 2-3 times over the last 5 years. Overall, I would say Dr. Au is a very to-the-point guy, gets the job done with ruthless though absolutely painless efficiency. The reason why I am even writing this review is because of Linda, the receiptionist/office manager. What an absolute nightmare. My experience with Dr. Au was great. I'm very pleased. I had a nasal fracture in July of 2023 from a car accident and I was referred to him. I was overwhelmed and stressed and anxious about a lot, and he helped me feel that I was going to be okay, and that his focus was to make sure my nose was in place correctly and that most importantly, my breathing to improve. Great doctor, very nice, clear and concise, very organized office
I saw Doctor Au after not being able to breathe out of my nose for 6 weeks. He looked down my nose with a camera (without numbing me first) and told me he couldn’t see well enough. He then order a CT scan and he told me that my problems were beyond his capabilities. He said my problems were extremely complex and when I asked for references, he just shrugged his shoulders.
