RecommendedI have been taking my fur babies to Dr Susie for 37 years. In all that time I have always been very satisfied with the care, the attitude, the friendliness, and compassion that has been shown to me. Every doctor that has been there to doctor my babies has done so with the utmost care and consideration. They have helped me in good and bad times. I have all the respect that I can give them from every person that works in the clinic. I highly and wholeheartedly give this clinic a 20 on a scale of 1-10. They are the very best.
The vets, the techs, and the staff have one goal and that is to take loving care of your dog or cat. During the time of COVID-19 they have worked hard to have a safe practice for all. So glad our pets are under their care.
Both docs are awesome and the staff too. My Teddy loves them so much, he hates the ride to get there but once there he will sit by the door waiting for his turn to go back. I accidentally ran him over and it didn't look good, they did not guarantee anything and didn't sugar coat the seriousness of it but were very sympathetic and kept in contact with me the whole time and didn't act bothered when I would call to check on him. Helped with treatment options to avoid surgery and he is doing awesome!

I am not a fan of posting bad reviews, ever, unless NEEDED. We took our dog to see if she was pregnant and in a rush the vet said she “didn’t feel anything” and come back in 45 days and she would do an X-Ray. Four days later and a 2nd opinion at Alvarado vet clinic with a sono, X-ray, and just by feel, not to mention look, we find out she is due in a week with 4 puppies. We had to put our boy down after he had been a part of our lives for almost 9 years. Dr Jobe and her staff were extremely passionate. They walked us through the process and allowed us time for questions and to say goodbye. They even sent us home with a clay paw print for my daughter. We have never been there before, but the love and compassion that we received will make us switch vets now.
Wonderful Vets and staff, all very caring, kind and compassionate, but most important very knowledgeable.
