Dr. Alexander is an awesome Neurologist. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Alexander for about 12 years and he is awesome. I’m having a semi new problem and really am not feeling well. He’s been messaging via the portal and trying to do what he can to get me feeling better. An excellent Physician is one that is not only skilled, but is compassionate. Dr. Alexander fits those boxes. Also, his office manager Diana, is fabulous. I think that’s her position .
Best of the best! Honestly makes me upset that someone wrote a review that was anything but glowing. He has helped so many people with difficult diagnoses. From the person's own review, it seems like that person was not a compliant patient. Dr. Alexander is amazing and to heal we also need to do our part to get well. Also, want to note that he has gone above and beyond for me to get insurance to cover needed things that they would normally just dismiss. Dr. Alexander is a Unicorn! This man saved my life and gave me back hope in the medical system and doctors in general within 5 minutes of meeting him. I had a seizure while driving and hit another car head on. I broke my back, both ankles, and had a concussion. This doctor has been extremely harmful to my healthcare over the last year. He has not provided any treatment for a progressive challenging health condition for a year and has been unavailable when experiencing emergent health issues for many weeks at a time even by message. He would not complete simple tasks to allow me to start my treatment when it had been approved, his staff lied often and were quite rude consistently, he was very defensive and ego focused, put a diagnosis of non compliance in my chart because I could no... read more
