I found Dr. Maksi to be very empathetic. He listened thoroughly to my concerns and made additional referrals more than once. He helped me get on the path to having less pain. I would definitely refer him to anyone. He is very booked and appts are quite the wait. Minus a star for wait time for appts. Not his fault.
I was referred to Dr. Maski for ongoing complications of Bell's Palsy as Bell's Palsy is a neurological disorder. Waited 8 months to see him only to arrive and be told he has nothing he can do for me. Why accept the referral then, sir? Do you need an office visit fee that bad? Other than him knowing nothing about Bell's Palsy, not even what tests are done when diagnosed with it, he had zero empathy as if I was wasting HIS time. FYI doc, what I have is called Synkinesis and there are treatment options known to resolve it. Not... read more
