I would like to thank Dr. Boys and his staff. From day one when i had a meeting with him to discuss what if i had cancer because all test were negative until the the last biopsy results came in. He made all the right moves before hand to prepare me if it was cancer. Once we found out it was cancer he had his plan in place. As of today thank GOD and all the wonderful people at UCSD. Dr. Boys did a pretty miraculous surgery for me. I pretty much look at it as life saving. I had very early stage of lung cancer. The main problem was a section of my left lung had numerous cancerous lumps. The did an operation that removed the upper lobe of my left lung. This was about 3 1/2 years ago. After the surgery I was not in pain, and I didn't notice anything wrong with my breathing. To top it off I was out of the hospital 2 days later. Dr. Boyes removed my thymoma and was nothing less than a perfect surgery!
He’s a phenomenal surgeon. I’m very fortunate to have Dr Boys work on me. Professional in every way, extremely knowledgeable and great bedside manner. I am very grateful for him.
