Poor bedside manner and an unwillingness to let patients finish describing symptoms before interrupting. Quoted medically inaccurate information, then contradicted himself in the discharge notes — advising we go to the ER if we experience the exact symptoms he refused to treat. We left with zero confidence in the care provided.
