Completely disappointed with my experience at Josh's the base barber shop this morning. I had an appointment booked for 10 AM, and even though they're supposed to open at 9 AM, the place was completely closed when I arrived. No one showed up, and I was left waiting outside. This is a real waste of time and incredibly unprofessional.
