Josh’s was the local contractor for warranty service on my pool heater. While the pool heater company was relatively slow moving, Josh’s did everything possible to accommodate the service call and then the installation of my pool heater. I needed it installed by a certain date and they went above and beyond to make that happen, which was incredible. Communication was good and the service I received was excellent. Would recommend!
Absolutely terrible experience. I called Josh’s to repair a mini-split they originally installed, and the entire experience was beyond frustrating. They showed up after lunch and stayed until dark for two days (about 4 hours each day) and still had no idea how to repair the unit. It was the same crew both days, clearly guessing their way through the job, accomplishing nothing while still expecting to be paid. My pool heater required service beyond my abilities. Josh's came highly recommend by my pool supplier. They came out same day and fixed the problem to my complete satisfaction. Reasonable price and the tech was professional and courteous. Great job folks
The service we received from Josh’s and their technician Kevin was above and beyond. He stayed late and would not give up until our pool heater was working because he knew we were having a family party (and also I suspect because he is simply a good person). Couldn’t recommend them more highly for prompt, fairly priced and excellent work. Thank you Kevin for rescuing our weekend!
Josh’s Gas Service is amazing! They installed a new gas stove in my kitchen, and the whole process was seamless. The technician was professional and even cleaned up after the installation. I was blown away by the level of care and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
