We had Josh come out to clean a sofa, chair, ottoman and a 10 x 8 wool carpet. He did an outstanding job. Everything came out looking brand new. We will happily recommend Josh and will definately use him again. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional.
I try to be understanding when things come up, but Josh’s has been a major disappointment. After a no-show in December, it took a week to get back in touch with him. My husband had to call them multiple times to even speak with someone. When we did finally get in touch we them, we rebooked, against our better judgement, hoping for a better experience, but they ghosted us a second time. No heads up and no apology. If you value your time and expect basic communication, I’d recommend going with a different company.
Josh did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. Some spots I thought would be permanent but gone! Also the carpeted stairs were in pretty bad shape, but he did a great job cleaning them as well. Would highly recommend him for his timeliness, efficiency, attention to detail, and professionalism. Will certainly call him again!
I can’t recommend them enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. He responded quickly, communicated clearly every step of the way, and showed up exactly when he said he would. The attention to detail and care he put into the job were outstanding. My couch looks brand new again the photos truly speak for themselves! If you’re looking for someone professional, reliable, and who takes real pride in their work, this is the person to call. I’ll absolutely be using him again in the future!
