I have been waiting five weeks for feedback on test, even after calling him.
Dr. Rajan Joshi's messaging system is completely ineffective. I called three times, my nurse called once & my wife left a letter. No response for 3-4 weeks. No empathy, concern or sense of urgency from him or his staff.
I mean, they sure are an option but that's about it. The schedule is a little dumb but pray you don't have to get ahold of them for a prescription refill. It's taken me 3 days - 2 weeks to get them to answer the phone before, and they never update their answering machine automated messages. I was diagnosed with a sleep disorder by here 2 years ago and I still don't think they've ever told me what I have and I forget to ask. I shouldn't have to ask why I'm taking a medicine, tho, I should be told
Went to see Dr Joshi, extremely sick. The next day after treatment I started feeling improvement. This is the most devoted physician I know. He is also EXCELLENT at his specialty. Take this coming from a fellow physician that would not think of having another pneumologist treat her.
