I had a really terrible experience with my first provider here, and when I asked to switch to a new provider I was told I would have to have a conversation with the original provider about why I wanted to switch before I switched. As someone who’s being treated for anxiety this was not some thing I felt comfortable doing. Dr Joshi has control over the Nurse Practitioner and tells them what to do with your treatment. Keep scrolling if you are struggling and need help. They only see people who are not struggling. I’m not sure why they became drs in the first place if they don’t want to help you. Don’t call them when you need them. they don’t care about you. They only care about themselves.

Psychiatrist won't fill my medication and every time I try to call, I get a busy signal. No voicemail, nowhere to leave a message. Also no email or patient portal options. It's been two weeks at this point and I think I just need to find a new provider. Office staff have always been a bit of a mess. My first time there, I was told to fill out intake forms online. I’ve been a patient at this office for several years and initially had a very positive experience, particularly under the care of Miss Betsy, who was absolutely wonderful.
