I don’t often leave reviews, but as someone who came to this practice after leaving my previous practice because I had to call and beg for a refill, I am now dealing with exactly that. When I first had my appointment, I loved my provider. We scheduled a follow up appointment, but I never received a confirmation, and when I called to check about my appointment, I never heard back. I highly recommend this practice. The front desk staff is excellent, and Susan is exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and welcoming. Praveena came highly recommended and truly exceeded our expectations! She genuinely cares about her patients and builds relationships that make it easy for them to connect and open up, even if they've been reluctant to talk to others in the past.

Proceed with caution. Michelle Williams is great and I cannot recommend her enough. She is a compassionate person and that has made the next part annoying but tolerable up until today. Unfortunately the office itself is not responsive at all. If you're lucky to get someone on the phone, there's a good chance they'll transfer you to another desk only to go straight to voicemail. You might get a response back in a few days, or you might not get a response back at all. This is really bothersome when certain medications cannot b... read more
