I've worked with Elshaday Teferi (NP) for a long time. She's always been helpful, and helped me reduce the medications I'm taking. I have no issues with Ms. Teferi or her care. The only issue I have with Joshi & Merchant is the front desk staff. The receptionists are either flat or rude or just plan unpersonable. There's no friendly face or warm smile to greet you.
