I've worked with Elshaday Teferi (NP) for a long time. She's always been helpful, and helped me reduce the medications I'm taking. I have no issues with Ms. Teferi or her care. The only issue I have with Joshi & Merchant is the front desk staff. The receptionists are either flat or rude or just plan unpersonable. There's no friendly face or warm smile to greet you. Michelle is very personable when needed. Absolutely a Professional. She has always taken her time with me, I was able to ask any questions if I needed to. My daughter, who is on the Autism Spectrum, felt very safe coming to Dr. Joshi's office. From the get go the staff were very welcoming and greeted her like a typical adult. I was super pleased with the whole experience, including meeting with Andrew Marsala, and seeing his compassion towards her and sensitivity to our needs. He listened and genuinely took care of us.
This doctor is top notch. I'm a former client. I wish that he took my insurance. My daughter is being treated her. All I can say is outstanding doctors at this practice. If you have a mental illness please come here for treatment.
