Our initial experience with Josh was similar to the other reviewers here. He works hard, and is quite good at making you think he knows what he's doing. He loves to talk confidently about renovations. I would not recommend this realtors services after attempting to relocate from out of state and being ghosted. Responding to potential clients you’ve been texting with directly to let them know you’ve let your place is common courtesy. Ghosting people is for juveniles and people with no manners.
