Working with Josh was such a pleasure. Josh guided us through both selling our old home and buying our new one at the same time. As with all home buying and selling, there were bumps along the way (offers that fell through, offers that were rejected, navigating repairs) he helped us navigate with good humor and perspective. He was very accommodating of our schedule and availability. We're so thankful to have worked with him!

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Josh as we shopped for a vacation home in the Flagstaff area. We were new to the area, and wanted an escape from the Tucson heat.
