Working with Josh was such a pleasure. Josh guided us through both selling our old home and buying our new one at the same time. As with all home buying and selling, there were bumps along the way (offers that fell through, offers that were rejected, navigating repairs) he helped us navigate with good humor and perspective. I have nothing but admiration, respect, and upmost gratitude for Josh as my realestate agent.
