Great experience
I think Dr. Vella is a good hand surgeon. Beware! My phone rang while I was in the examining room and had a difficult time silencing it, partly due to my age and my lack of iPhone skills.He walked out and had an assistant come in and inform me to find another doctor. Cowardly. Seriously! It stunned me and hurt my feelings. I hope they’ve put up a sign in the waiting room to remind people to silence their phones. His people skills are marginal.
Terrific doctor and super efficient office.
I’m very pleased with my experience with Dr Vella and especially his Medical assistant’s, who really know what they are doing.
