Josh followed thru on everything. We gained trust with Josh and the trust was never challenged because Josh always did what he said he was going to do. We had not purchased a home since 2008, in a different state and were very uncertain on the house buying process in Colorado. Josh walked us thru the good, the bad and the ugly for the preferred house condition, cash vs loan, inspections, appropriate pricing, ownership process with the title company, trusted contractors for house revisions and resale probability.
