Dr. Abdallah and all the nurses and staff at Aspire FHI Pearland were incredibly supportive and communicative throughout, which really helped during the tougher moments. The procedure itself was more taxing than I anticipated, both physically and emotionally. However, seeing the positive results made it all worthwhile, and I am grateful for the scientific advancements that made this possible.
I appreciate that everything is tailored to each patient. It is hard to not always know the next step when you walk out of the door, but that is because I truly felt like the doctors/staff reviewed all of my information (labs, ultrasounds, etc.) before determining the next steps.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mazen and his team .Thanks to their expertise and care, my IVF procedure was successful and I am now expecting a baby! Dr. Mazen was very knowledgeable, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident. I highly recommend Dr. Mazen and the clinic to anyone looking for fertility treatment.
The staff at HFI Memorial City have made the process of starting our family an amazing experience filled with expertise, support and care. We will miss the staff! Dr. Abdallah and his staff were truly first rate, nothing short of exceptional.
Overall no issues. The only feedback would be how the process is broken down. I would have liked to understand the process maybe a few steps ahead to prepare myself. I had to count on other resources for this information. Also the communication with the nurses can be a little slow, or non responsive at times. When calling you may have to speak with 3 or 4 people before you get to the actual person you need to talk to.
Dr. Abdallah and all of the nurses have excellent bedside manner!
Dr Witz was absolutely amazing and we are so thankful. The office can sometimes be difficult to get ahold of but overall we are very happy and excited.
We are forever grateful to Doctor Witz and his entire team. He is very kind, caring and experienced. Team Aspire HFI our nurse Maria is like an extended family now. They took good care of us.
