We purchased a rehabbed home in 2021. The contractor did a lot of plumbing, drainage, and sewer work that was not done to code. Ultimately, our basement flooded 3 times related to separate issues from shoddy workmanship. Josh and his team promptly came out each time, diagnosed the issues, thoroughly explained the problems and fixed them at a reasonable cost. Josh and his team complete the work quickly, are courteous, and clean up after themselves. Josh-Rooter is our go to for any future plumbing, drain, and sewer issues!
