I've used Josh twice now, once to sell a home, and once 2 years later to purchase a home. Both experiences were well above expectation! The house I sold negotiated at a price $7,000 above list price and the house I bought was purchased for $10,000 below list price after Josh negotiated a reduction in the sale price due to shortfalls that appeared during inspection. Josh is my go-to for any future real estate transactions!

He is exceptional at returning phone calls, taking time to FaceTime at properties making it convenient due to me being out of town. Josh has made it easier to make a decision with my new home purchase with his honesty about the listings I’m considering as my new home.
