I've used Josh twice now, once to sell a home, and once 2 years later to purchase a home. Both experiences were well above expectation! The house I sold negotiated at a price $7,000 above list price and the house I bought was purchased for $10,000 below list price after Josh negotiated a reduction in the sale price due to shortfalls that appeared during inspection.
