Transferred to Josh after my agent decided to leave the insurance industry. Needed a new windshield in one of my vehicles and they INSISTED I use a particular business for replacement. They put the WRONG windshield in my car, and refused to rectify. Received absolutely NO assistance from Josh and his team to fix. Curtly told “take it up with claims”. Only problem was it had never been turned into claims. Time to find a new agent.
Any questions I had were answered above and beyond and my experience has been nothing but great! I highly recommend Josh Hemphill State Farm!
