If you are looking for a realtor that actually works for you, Josh is your guy. He was up front and realistic about the Northern Colorado market when pricing our house to sell. He was a highly effective communicator when negotiating a contact and set realistic timelines for both the the seller and the buyer. His network of people made getting inspection details accomplished smooth. He is with you all the way to the money in your bank. We definitely will use him for our next transaction.

Josh was an outstanding realtor who made both the sale of my old home and the purchase of my new one seamless and stress-free. His expertise, clear communication, and sharp negotiation skills helped us get top dollar for our previous property and secure our dream home at a great price. Josh was always available, incredibly responsive, and genuinely cared about our needs every step of the way. Thanks to him, the entire process felt smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Josh to anyone buying or selling a home. Thanks Josh!

Josh did an amazing job of finding us our perfect home. Even when he was out of town or working with other clients, he was always able to accommodate us with everything that we requested. His coworker Amy was also very helpful with everything to do with our house hunting process.
